As of 20 March 2026, Lovat is now operating under a new brand name: Lappa.
This is a brand update only. The website vatcompliance.co will remain operational during the transition while new website lappa.org is already opened for our users.

Our team, services, existing agreements, and full platform functionality remain unchanged, and your compliance workflows continue without interruption.

You will begin to see the Lappa name across our new website, product interfaces, customer communications, and brand materials. This update aligns our public brand with the platform and services we continue to provide across EPR, VAT, e-invoicing, and marketplace compliance.

What stays the same

• Your team and points of contact remain the same.
• Your services remain the same.
• Your existing agreements remain in place.
• The legal entity behind the service remains the same.
• There are no changes to contracts or billing as a result of this rebrand.
• Your platform functionality and compliance workflows continue as usual.

What is changing

• Our brand name is now Lappa.
• Support email addresses will gradually transition to the new brand name.
• Old email addresses will remain active for two month to give you time to update your records.
• We are also updating our platform login link.

Do you need to take any action

No immediate action is required. You can continue using your current workflows and existing links during the transition.

As a best practice, you may want to update saved bookmarks, internal vendor records, and contact details once the new brand name appears in your systems. This is a continuity update, not a service migration.
